Is it considered abnormal to walk around the block @ 3:30 am?

    True, but it avoids delays and headaches. They can hold you up while checking to see if you vaguely match the description of someone they actually want. I'm 5'8" with light skin and brown hair, early-mid 20s, so I can bet on matching something.

    It's probably just concern after having to live in the south for years. Some southern cops deserve the bad rep they get :p
