    Starbucks bought Teavana in 2012, and operate separately as a subsidiary.

    I remember when I was studying a language in China for 1 year, they have a program "Diploma in Chinese Tea".

    @Mac Juli Mac: How do you like this for a follow-up once you're done? Start your own tea room. Serve those mushrooms (from your other course) as a side dish?

    Interesting. China's long history of ceremony with tea is well-known everywhere. I looked up to see what American Universities have to say, particularly about tea and health. There's a LOT! Examples:
