    Good stuff. Maybe I can find another low cost master's. I think I want to add an MPA or an MPP to my list of credentials.

    Some clinkers in here:

    We've talked about the controversial Dr. Bilal Phillips' Islamic Online University a week or two ago. And also we've had a thread on the school re-named to OUS Royal Institute etc etc. in Switzerland. Hmmm.

    It's just a list. You have to sort the bad from the good yourself. I enjoyed trying to read a Mongolian language site, written using the customary modified-for-Mongolian Russian alphabet. Just about the only words I could really understand were imported words like "teknik" and "Internet."
