All great points. I am still waiting for our file from Applicant tracking. Once I have that, I'll check it for irregularities, then have to fix the policy using the resources you have listed. Maybe we'll get lucky. I'll post the high points when I finish the analysis.

She dummied up a transcript and you didn't check ANYTHING, not what I would call sophisticated.

 

In our screwed up legal system, I'm surprised she doesn't sue for unlawful termination. After all, isn't it the law firms fault for not verifying the credentials of their employees? Couldn't this be considered an "attractive nuisance?"
