    Is it me or does IGNOU's website always seem to be down?

    Hmmmm it doesn't work on Safari or Chrome on my laptop to. I have to figure this out.

    I remember it having problems in the past. Say, 3 or so years ago. It would be sad if it's the same issue now as then.

    It displayed on IE yesterday afternoon. When I tried it with my Chromebook last night it didn't work. But it worked with the same Chromebook this morning.

    The problem seems to be intermittent, whatever it is.
