How's the English Comp Graded?

anyone know how it's graded? does the essay count for 50% and the choice quetions count for 50%? if anyone knows the precedure i sure would appreciate you sharing.

 

Some schools don't require the essay, so it's a moot point in those cases.

Those that do require it....I don't know, but I have the feeling that it doesn't count nearly as much as the multiple-choice section.

 

Skidadl - Where are you going to gather these credits? Remember, Excelsior won't take this test to satisfy their english comp requirement. Just wanted to remind you.

 

i will be going to COSC.

 

COSC requires it with an essay. I took it without essay for UoP and COSC would not accept it. I was luck enough to have to take both versions.

 

Excelsior's English Comp test is graded by taking all test results and filing them in the trash. All test takers are then assigned a "C".
