From an earlier post "I've essentially bowed out of the discussions due to a very packed schedule. (Work, teaching, going through professional certification, going back to graduate school, taking care of the family, and--most recently--planning a book I've been asked to write.)"

With a schedule like this...youj're going back to grad school "because you feel like it". ;)

I have taken what you all have said into consideration, and as much as I love the MS Interdisciplinary Studies program at Mountain State, I've decided to pursue the MBA in HRM or MS in I/O Psychology from NorthCentral University. I plan to pick the hiring manager's brain to get her opinion of a MS in I/O Psychology and if it would be acceptable for entry into the HR department. I do know that they have recently hired a HR Generalist with a MS in I/O Psychology, so the prospects may be good.

Thanks all for your time and opinions
