I worked as an outside vendor so to get the IT staffs "respect", I would list it. I also had MCP, MCP+Interrnet, A+ and Net+ but never listed them. It was in 2000/2001 and I did not have a degree either...

    More variance than I expected

Thanks for the replies. I personally don't put a lot of stock into my job title and my email signature is just my name. I don't put my job title, phone #'s or anything else. I used to use a fairly elaborate email signature but people that did not need my phone contact information used my email signature to abuse my phone lines.

I am still not sure if I would have handled the situation any differently than I did.

I have made a special effort to make my business card as simple as possible. The model I use is the classic English calling card. There is my name (centered) and underneath my job title. On the bottom line in tiny font (8?) is my phone and email. No graphics. No logo. The color is beach sand and the card stock is quite heavy. AFAIK this is old school hardcore.

Sounds like we are all cut from the same cloth. I also had an MCSE and MCSD with no degree for a very long time. I still didn't list in my sig though.
