Has "Degree.com" gone away entirely?

Being a new month, and all, I tried to reach "www.degree.com" to see what's up with this fine institution. The message was the following. What can this mean?

This is the Server Administrator default page.
If you see this page it means:
    1. Hosting for this domain is not configured or
    2. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it.

    Dr Bear:
It's not just you. I got the same thing and MIGS doesn't know me from a hole in the ground.
    Regards, Janko

  3. Wasn't there a point in the saga when a WHOIS showed CEU or MIGS as the owner of degree.com?

Now degree.com shows Sheila as owner and administrative/billing/tech contact and the domain servers (the computers that actually serve up the web pages) on he.net. (he.net is Hurricane Electric, a web hosting service that I've used myself).

Tech contact is often the web hosting service; I wonder if she copied the domain server info from her other accounts but doesn't currently have a web hosting account for degree.com. When you try to browse, he.net checks its domains and returns a message that basically says "hey, I don't have an account set up for that name."

I noticed that ceugraduate.com also shows Sheila as owner and contacts, but appears to work (well, all except the Ed. Virtual button).

Why yes... actually, the ownership has changed several times. It was originally owned by NSMI, Sheila's "Get-rich-quick" empire and, I think at one point, referred people to the nonwonderful American Coastline or some such.

Then, for a long while, it was registered to the Monterey Institute of Graduate Studies.

Then, after their ill-advised suit against Levicoff which brought their bogus operation to the attention of FL authorities, she re-registered it to the CEU itself in Mexico (though they probably never knew it)

And now, we see, she's reregistered it to herself.

I would love to know what's going on with the dozen or two students that got hoodwinked into paying real money to Sheila for a MIGS degree....
