    I sometimes wish that asking one's race is on any application were illegal, unless it's a legitimate requirement for the job. That way, only the people that deserve it get in, and nobody loses a spot because they were the "wrong color".

    Maybe add gender to that, too. It is nobody's business what gender or race the top candidates are. Again, unless it is a legal, legitimate need.

    That's interesting. I appreciate reading abilities and writing abilities.

    It takes a lot to get a sale in real life: maybe a face that's not extremely disfigured or maybe a familiar kind of kind face.
