Indeed the civilians are defile Hamas orders not to evacuate, as many do evacuate the remaining areas that contain batalions of Hamas and other militants, such as Islamic Jihad etc.

All needed is a deal, release hostages and Hamas removed from power, without ability to recover military strength.

Alot of work ahade in rebuilding Gaza.
Suplying pipes should not go back to manufacturing rockets but restoring water system.

The conditions for a deal are there.
We will see if new round of negotiations will bare fruit.

Current leaders of Hamas are Masud Mishal and Muhammad Sinwar(more radical younger brother of Yahia Sinwar)
