From Russia with . . . Data

Coursera offers a new Masters in Data Science from a Russian University. Does Putin know about this?

I told you so, Coursera and the others are making online education expensive.

 

That's a degree with 120 ECTS credits in total. Isn't that equivalent to 60 semester credits?

 

Better sticking with US School for the same price or even cheaper.

They are offering too many online Master in Data Science; they should start to offer Ph.D or DSc in Data Science online.

 

But that's not true in Russia. A Russian "Бакалавр" degree is a four-year degree.

However, I have no idea about Russian high schools. Maybe the Russian secondary school system is the reason for that.
