Its a bit confusing. I think they mean the short 2 weekends residency in London. The rest is completed in home country, they write that students fly in for two weekends / weeks and the rest is at home. The other possibility is that the program without the exemptions is not DL. You can see that most of the program is exempted to holders of professional qualifications who are members of CMI and ILM.
