Which is the right time to take GRE for Fall 2018?

Whatever school you're applying to probably lists an application deadline. Are you planning to take a prep course before the exam?

If you have the money take it twice. Go take one right now, no study, don't think about the questions, don't read up on the test, etc. Just go in blind and take the thing. That'll give you a good representation of where your knowledge is. Then after you get your score you can go and buy all the books on the test and read the test banked questions to your hearts content. You know, game the test. Then when you retake you'll have a (probably) much higher score.

    Good luck!

NB: You're not the sum of your test scores.
