Well, I think the methodology is built into the article. Clearly it's ok to disagree. In the end all these ranking systems come down to methodology.

 

I think the University of the West Indies is a great Institution. I don’t know of any dull or marginal students/graduates from that institution. It does not get the recognition that it deserves because it is a third world. Maybe that is one of the reasons why I am hesitant to demean other countries’ public universities. I have been a star student in first countries university but for I know that I would have been below average in UWI.
