    Kristin Evenson Hirst used to host a mildly lively DL discussion board on About.com. It is located at http://distancelearn.about.com/mbody.htm .

    Disappointingly, no one's picked up the mantle to run it. (I understand the host gets a piece of the advertising action, but it isn't particularly lucrative.) As a result, it is in many ways a.e.d. all over again.

    The thread in question is on Barrington University.
