    I'm looking for a doctoral program in higher education for a friend. Requirements: must have b&m campus, regional accreditation, on-line or online plus short residency..

    You might be surprised by what you find.

    I hesitated, then didn't reply. I felt like the OP asked people to do some very basic research that could be carried out by just about anyone. Instead, I thought, I'd wait until there were some specifics worth commenting about. And my concentration in my PhD program was....higher education.
