Did anyone else get this?

I received three, each with different names. I forwarded the following one to Dr. Bear, not knowing about this thread:

I would be happy to have copies of these... and if you include full headers, we may be able to tell where they are coming from.

This poster makes the "English as She is Spoke" web page (translates the same paragraph through Babelfish back and forth among several languages several times) seem like a Nitpicking Grammarian winner.
