Not much cost savings in the Deakin degrees. Their Masters in Leadership is $14,178 US.

No surprise there. The best stores seldom, if ever, need to resort to fire-sale prices. Same goods, different delivery system. Suits, furniture, education - many of the same merchandising principles apply. Now, maybe if Amazon buys a couple of schools... hey, they could afford to! Look at their Whole Foods deal! Meantime, you want cheap and good? May I suggest U. of the People. Offerings are more limited though.

We need more info on how well those credits transfer to the RA world.

My understanding is that the Australian universities are a popular academic destination for people living in Asian countries. The only one of our members (AFAIK) to earn an Australian degree is Tom Head whose PhD came from Edith Cowan University.

It could have been me too. Back in 2003 I toyed with the idea of skipping the bachelor's altogether and parlaying my MCSE certification into a Master's from Charles Sturt University, but ultimately decided against it. https://www.itmasters.edu.au

The costs are high because of the strength of the Asian economies i. e. Mainly China. Chinese wealthy migration here is significant
