How many CLEP test dose they allowed to be attempted in a single day?

I do not like to travel several times for taking exam.

It seems to me that there have been enough questions about testing in Germany that some enterprising individual there should be considering how they can open a testing center.

I've never explored the rules but it seems that, since there are US Universities operating on most military bases, that it wouldn't be all that difficult for one to rent some space in town and operate a "profit motivated" CLEP/DANTES/etc... test operation -- maybe even including occupational certification exams as well.

This would be an opportunity then for some person to approach the university with the idea and offer themself as the best candidate for the job of "test center coordinator"... hmmmm sounds like the kind of thing I would do, create for myself a job where one didn't exist already. :)

While it would be nearly impossible to compete with the military testing center that offers exams at no cost to service members, it's very possible that many civilians and dependents would prefer a civilian operation...

    Just a thought.

    MST: 2 per day

WEBSTER: more flexible. Think upto 5 or so. (But more expensive than MST...)

    Thank Will:

What do you mean by more expensive?

Do you means the test costed more at the Webster testing center or is it the traveling cost comparing to London?

    Will,

    I have one more question.

Can you give me the contact address for test registration for both Webster and MST?

    Regards,

    Military Bases in Europe

Entry on to military bases and use of their facilities in Europe is more than a matter of security. The Status of Forces Agreement between the USA and the host nation government strictly governs how unauthorized persons may use the military facilities. For example, as retired military I may use any PX or Commissary I desire in the USA. However, if I were to go to Germany I would be limited to buying personal use items for my use while there. If I was visiting an authorised user I could get permisson to do more on a temporary basis but would still not have total access.

This would also apply to education services on base. The providers are there under the sponsorship of the military and would not be able to set up off base without seperate agreements with the host country. Even then they would not be able to mix operations with the on-base operations as they risk tax violations.

I know I asked this before and got an answer from Will Makeit but is their a contact for that place in Geneva , all the more tempting if I can do 5 tests in a day their. I was considering foing to the USA for 5 days in August and do a big batch of exams then.

I am right I think in saying that you can only do two tests in London. I am writing to some bases in Denmark and Germany regarding doing some Dantes their also in August.

    Thanks Will.

I work in a high school in Sweden which offers the IB Diploma, I put the idea to the board about running a test centre, they did not say no and are investigating the possibility.
