    I agree with Dennis on everything, except the use of the word "bias." In its colloquial use, it implies "unfair bias." Wes implied that I--purposely or unwittingly--skewed the results of my survey. Thankfully, my committee, including two experts in this field, do not agree.

    I believe the big difference is that California certifies the school that it approves, based on the published standards in the Cal. Ed. Code. Alternatively,a license to operate in some states may be easier to obtain, but not always.
