Recently, due to other commitments, I withdrew from a CCU degree program, & I must admit that I am extremely impressed with CCU’s overall professionalism.

Within 4 weeks after I mailed out my notice of withdrawal I received the refund check
as per official California Education Code Refund Policy – no questions asked !!

Well done CCU & well done BPPVE.

Your professionalism & ethical actions are beyond reproach.

I've always thought of Cal Coast as one of the better unaccredited schools, I can't recall anyone having a time bomb explode because of a CCU degree. It's good to know they play by the rules.

And above all it adds some credibility to California's (often criticized) BUREAU OF PRIVATE POSTSECONDARY & VOC EDUCATION, & to
State-Approved schools.

California unaccredited schools are required to contribute a tiny percentage of their revenues to a tuition recovery fund, administered by the state. That fund, annoyingly, is only usable by California residents who want refunds. People elsewhere must depend on the kindness of the school or the legal process.
