I think Cal State-Dominguez Hills meets most if not all of your criteria.

I think Touro University International would met those requirements too. Although, you would have to take two classes during a couple of your semesters or complete the program in two and a half years. http://www.tourou.edu

Touro is a virtual university, he is looking for a B&M university.

That's true but then TUI is, after all, a branch of Touro College which, of course, is a B&M institution.

Touro University college of ostoepathic medicine
( http://www.tucom.edu ) is also a branch of the Touro institution, and so is their Law school in NY.

Sorry, forgot to add that all these branch campuses with the exception of TUI are B&M schools.

If I do take the route of Queensland or liverpool ,or harriet-watt, will the MBA be regarded as one of quality by US schools? The reason I ask is that I would like to teach one day.

Most of the schools will ask you for a credential evaluator's report if your degree comes from a non-US university. The safest bet will be to contact them and ask them if they would certify them as US equivalent before taking the degree. But most likely they will be accepted as equivalent, but verify just to be sure. I'm doing a doctorate from USQ and I know it would be evaluated as equivalent to a canadian doctorate, but in the US could be another ball game.
