    Berkley or whatever!

Well, I can't figure this out but now they have told this diploma mill (University of Berkley) owner to take his business elsewhere. In otherwords, they have not shut down his site but only told him he can not operate any of his business in PA! My local paper worded this as something like "They are still allowed to scam people in other states!"

All too frequently this is the solution that the authorities hit upon, e.g., KWU can continue to scam people outside California (as long as California residents are safe), the UK went one better (worse) and made it a law that diploma mills operating in the UK can continue to do so (as long as they don't sell their diploma's to UK addresses). :(

When addressing an icon, I believe that the appropriate etiquette is to burn candles and incense.

John: Except on certain other sites, where it's "burn candles and be incensed."
