Congratulations:) Though this UCAM propio probably came with a rather expensive price tag. What was the course like? Read and write?

Nope, well below $2000. Maybe I'll cross-port that in the other active thread. - Here, you had actually to DO something to get a pass grade. It was comparable to the ENEB MBA in their prime before they switched to MC tests; you had to write papers. More papers. LONG papers...

But no more papers for me!! *smiles happily*

Below 2000 Dollars? Well I guess in this case it is a Douglas Business School only BA without UCAM or VERN validation?!!!

...will update as soon as I know for sure... These validations were not THAT interesting in the first place for me! :)

You may, but I don't have an answer. Sorry! But they are very nice there and will answer if you ask them!

My guess: Bachelor top up with UCAM 6-8k
    Doctor with UCAM 8-10k

When you do it without the dual award option you probably get the same study material and the same tasks like in the dual award choice.

Did you already receive your top up BBA ?
A friend of mine (which I forwarded the Link) told me that she wrote an e-mail to the school to inquire about the cost for the top Up BBA with and and without UCAM but she didn't get a reply.

No, but my enrollment advisor said I am going to! If I do, I will post it here. - And, yeah, I'm afraid they are not responsive at the Douglas Business School. This is, by the way, the main critical point I have!!

Congrats on finishing that top-up degree! What was the total fee for this educational journey of yours?

To date no more than $500!

    Wow! That's impressive!

May I ask what program or degree you were topping up...from? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere!

I do not know for sure. I just sent all my credentials (350 to 450 ECTS or so, I dunno) and they were like, well, you want a BBA Top Up? Sure? We have MBA Top Ups as well and you would be allowed to do that, too...

Odd: I was offered generous extemptions for the MBA. But NOT for the BBA Top Up...

Will Douglas Business School credentials be recognized by NACES evaluators? I know Mac Juli doesn't need a credential evaluation as he is doing it for life-long learning but was wondering would their validation degrees be recognized, particularly through VERN.

@Mac Juli , just curious, why did you take the BBA and not the MBA if you were offered more generous exemptions or transfers? If it would cost the same, I think the MBA would go further than the BBA

Which one? At which time? As often as people here lump them together, NACES members are diverse and do not at all march in lockstep.

Good point... What I meant was would a NACES member recognize VERN as being equivalent to a regionally accredited school?

Personally I would really consider the UCAM or at least VERN upgrade for the top up bba...I just don't know the price.

VERN? You mean Jim Varney's (Ernest P Worrell's) unseen, unheard neighbour VERN in his "Ernest movies." This guy's friend?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_P._Worrell#/media/File:Ernest_P._Worrell.jpg "Know what I mean, VERN?"

I'm OK with the BBA as it is ... but all these "validations" - you're gonna run out of room for all the rubber stamps!

Maybe even better than that VERN - a top-up, pop-up propio - a Doctorado en Administración de Empresas
from the Bratislava Escuela de Negocios. Spain and Czechia, both at once. 99 Euro, I think. There are a couple of US "Evaluators" we've discussed who would probably validate it if you slipped them a couple of hundred bucks...
