I find it funny that their number one pick is Christian Leadership University, an unaccredited school. Has the usual rant about how accreditation is voluntary and keeps the government out of their bidness.

I don't know (or care) about the content of coursework, but I must say that "Doctor of Intercession" has a certain flare to it.

    Hmm...Veterans discount...

Well I knew it was a PR piece but I thought it might stimulate a bit of conversation

It's PR Newswire. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Christian Leadership University compiled the list with themselves as #1 as a bit of marketing.

It's an odd list. They have Florida International University that doesn't even offer a BA in Theology. (They do have a BA and an MA in Religious Studies, which word of mouth suggests are pretty good.

As far as I know, American Public University doesn't offer a BA in Theology either.

Most of the others seem to be obscure Protestant schools.

APUS doesn't have a BA in Theology but they do have a BA in Religion.

It has been my experience that most people don't know the difference. Even some schools offer degrees in "religious studies" that appear to actually be theology degrees and vice versa.
