BA (Honours) History at The Open University (UK)

Hi,

Has anyone any experience of the school or in particular the BA History course?

People from the USA are not allowed to enroll in OU degree programs (unfortunately). Because this is a US-centric board we don't get a lot of talk about the Open U. It would be interesting to hear more about it.

 

I live in Europe, and I am currently taking a math course with Open U. The course materials are great and so is the teaching. I recommend it to anyone willing to work hard. That said, I think there may be less costly options in the US, e.g., the University of Illinois-Springfield probably would be less expensive than Open U.
