Art certification for certified teacher NJ

Good Morning.

I have already looked at the DOE website and the need for thirty additional credits for Art Certification.
This is for a relative. She is trying to do this the cheapest way she can and do as much as possible remotely, online due to the age of her children.

Thanks for the input. I have already suggested a local college RCBC but this actually might not be the cheapest. She does not qualify financially for the free tuition that is a jumbo blessing for many NJ students.
