Any other accredited university that had a checkered past?

    That is really good news to hear. ACCIS (the former AICS) was originally a very unwonderful Lloyd Clayton school... the same fine individual who brought us the lovely Chadwick University (which folded soon after DETC politely declined to accredit them) and the almost-as-awful Clayton College of Natural Health.

    Upon getting DETC accreditation, ACCIS/AICS did everything possible to distance itself from Clayton, and, honestly, other than their claiming fraudulent accreditation, everything I've heard about their programs since accreditation has been that they're a pretty rigorous program.
