Accelerated / Independent study graduate history courses

    I have searched the MA in History thread looking for accelerated or independent study graduate courses in history. I want work on my 18 hours while I finish up my Ed.D but I would prefer working at my own pace or choosing an accelerated course I can do during the summer or during slower times at Liberty.

    AMU/APU has an extensive list of history offerings in both 8 and 16 week courses. They have numerous 18 hour grad. certificates.

    Pardon my ignorance ... but what is AMU/APU ... what school is it?
