No one can, there are simply too many redundant, meaningless, and borderline fraudulent credentials out there. While I'm a huge advocate of valuable industry credentials being tied into education programs, the emphasis on "third-party credentials" can be precarious when people don't look at the merits of them. A few months back I was invited to speak at a forum on this, and well... I have reservations about opening up many credentialing programs to the prospect of being financial aid eligible.
