$7.2 million mistake...

    Wow, that was refunded to someone in Australia a few months ago... That person has since "cashed" and "stashed" the loot somewhere else. Amazing, they found out about the issue after an audit, otherwise, it would have gone through unnoticed! A simple employee error, but wouldn't they have checked for "big" account transactions such as this and require some type of manager approval for anything this large...

    You'd be surprised how many companies lack the kind of internal controls that should be expected. In a fast-growing company even moreso. Luckily they're getting the money back.

    Yes, they're getting it back. I'm deeply disappointed. This kind of stupidity should, by law, be painful! They should SUFFER! I'm serious!

    The lack of controls probably came from thinking "it's not money - it's only Crypto." These people are obviously too dumb to be running a company of any kind. They don't even deserve to flip burgers.
