$1 a day buys Walmart Associates a degree!

$1 a day is quite a rollback! IIRC , Walmart offered employees a degree assistance program back in 2010 that was much more expensive, through American Public University system. I found numerous articles about the startup, but none about the demise. My guess - priced out of reach for Walmart wages.
