I know this school has been around for a while and that its president was instrumental in bringing to light information about Trinity Theological Seminary in Indiana.

They are not accredited and do have some cooperative relationships with a few schools.

I was wondering if anybody had any current opinions about the school. It has appeared to evolve over time but is it considered credible?

Unless I missed something, this school appears to teach all levels of religious degrees, from Associate's to PhD in a splendid array of concentrations - all with no courses or prerequisites whatsoever in ANY Biblical languages. They even have a Master's in Judaeo-Christian Synergy - with a 2-week trip to Israel. Apparently, no Hebrew requirements.

Religious schools don't usually interest me unless they try to do something "funny." This one does.

That said, are you sure you still want my "current opinion," Garp? :)

Good point on the language issue.

Thanks. That's really my only point here.

It looks like their MDiv requires two courses in Greek/Hebrew Word Studies which are probably akin to Liberty's Greek/Hebrew Tools courses (I'm not a fan of this sort of thing). Their DMin requires two language courses in elementary grammar, which may be satisfied through the word studies courses. Johann's post isn't completely true.

It certainly isn't. Thank you for the correction, Michael. 2 courses - word studies... well, that's something, at least. :)

In fairness that was more false witness than judgment. ;)

Okay. לֹא תַעֲנֶה בְרֵעֲךָ עֵד שָׁקֶר (Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour) (Exodus 20:16.) :)
