Ripped off by degree mill for $1500

Awonder, are you upset that people at this website will not accept or respect your unaccredited degree? If you are going to contact the BBB and ripoff report and the attorney general, then please let them know about your unaccredited degree too. You paid $1500 for it -- and you're not getting any respect or utility from the unaccredited degree. That's not right. You have a legitimate complaint against the degree mill that ripped you off. It's disgusting. Hopefully things will work out for you in your favor.

You can't delete your account. You're stuck here. Forever.

And now that you are our prisoner, we will laugh at you. Again. And again.

Face it, dude, you are a shill for a degree mill. And you got caught at it.

You even threaten like a degree mill shill.

So we laugh at you one more time.

    Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!

    So there.

Now, me again for moderator? I love the guy, but that would be like, um, Trump for President.

You didn't pay for any services, so you weren't ripped off. You can make a report to your attorney general, but he or she is not going to do anything. They don't even intervene in actual fraud cases (which this is not) unless a substantial number of their constituents complain. There is a 0% chance they will do anything about you not being able to delete your account on a free forum.

    Stanslav for moderator!!!! LOL

In all seriousness, being a mod is an incredibly time-consuming endeavor because it involves:
    - reading zillions of complaint's via PM and then handling them sensitively (if possible)
    - warning people without "turning them off" and causing them to leave
    - locking threads without drying up a forum (very hard to - should avoid locking)

    Problems include:
    - If you're a mod, then it becomes politically difficult to give your true opinions
    - If you're a mod, how do you stay neutral, while concurrently expressing your opinion, on everything from A-Z, from complaints to politics to which school you think is best, etc.

Suggested trial solutions. Give mods two accounts:
    - One account is the user name that they have been using (surf from this account)
    - The other account is the official "mod" account i.e. Mod 1, Mod 2, Mod 3, etc. Or if you want to avoid seniority issues, then make-up names i.e. Mod Frankie, Mod Debbie, Mod Cop, Mod Patrol (you can be creative), etc.
    - If the mods have two accounts, then they will have to log into the appropriate account.
    - If a mod is in their official "mod" account, they should avoid giving personal opinions about general topics.
    - The mod account should only be used when having to issue suggestions (warnings), etc.

Being a mod is best suited for someone who is either retired -- or someone who is only working one job. This writer is slammed with too many preexisting obligations. However, there are a lot of good people who have excellent temperaments on this forum who could work as a mod. :)

You come to this board shilling for a bunch of degree mills and you complain about this forum not being very welcoming.

I'm sure your AG's office sports a team of attack dog attorneys dedicated to the task force for prosecuting administrators of forums that don't have a deletemy account feature. By the way, I didn't know that "deletemy" was one word. Like I said last week, you learn something new every day.

Awonder, thank you kindly for your continuing participation in the uh... fraud (that's your term). The goal of the fraud [sic] is to encourage people to seek regionally accredited (RA) degrees that are recognized by:
    - governmental bodies
    - private businesses
    - other RA colleges and universities
    - and other nation-states.

Awonder, in your pursuit of a legitimate degree, please feel free to ask any questions that you would like. Someone here will gladly assist you -- if that is possible.

Just in case that you were wondering, I can see that your Andersonville degree may have robbed you of any residual morals you may have had. You are now trying to smear honest people with your filth. Adieu and God bless.
