This was a tough question for me. The road to my BSBA was a long, hard slog covering four years of late nights and weekends. When I finally finished, having an undergraduate degree in hand let me close the book on some of my life's unfinished business. I'll recommend the University of Wyoming to anyone seeking a distance degree program for the rest of my life. It's affordable, and the faculty and administration go above and beyond to support you.

That being said, the two years I spent in b-school at Fuqua were by far the most memorable of my life. I got to study with 120 of the brightest people I'll ever meet, many of whom I now count among my closest friends. I toured the DMZ in Korea, walked the floor of the Deutsche Boerse in Frankfurt, and was able to take side trips to China and Holland with my classmates. And when it was all over, my family got to see me walk across the stage and receive my diploma - which had never happened at any previous level of schooling for me.

It's close, but I have to say that I'm most proud of the MBA. Great thread!

Not to go off topic, but where did you go in Holland? I travel to the Netherlands 3 or 4 times a year. What a great country.

I'm most proud of my two certificates. I have a Military Intelligence (I know an oxymoron) from the US Army Intelligence school, and my Intelligence Analyst certificate from the National Security Agency.

I value my graduation from the United States Army Ranger School more than any of my higher education degrees.

I am most proud of completing a Microsoft Office "Powerpoint" seminar. It hangs on my office wall.

I am most proud of my bachelors, however, my associates degree is a close second as it took me ~15 years to complete (taking classes from 7 different schools certainly didn't help!).

I spent a week in Amsterdam, the first couple of days running around with my classmates and the last few days exploring the city by myself. Spent an entire day at the Van Gogh Museum. I bought the "iAmsterdam" card which gave free admission into lots of small museums and home tours, along with unlimited public transport, and I tried to get in as much as possible. I skipped the Anne Frank House, but otherwise I got to see most everything I'd planned to see. Amsterdam had been one of my "must see" places to visit ever since I was a little boy, and it lived up to the anticipation in every way. I definitely plan to go back.

You're right, it's an amazing city. If you make it back take the train down to The Hague. The architecture there is amazing. Anyway, if you want tips on restautants/things to see before your next trip, send me a PM and I can give you some ideas. I stay with some locals when I go so I've managed to avoid the tourist traps.

Toss up for me between the U.S. Army Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC) and my MBA. I went with the MBA because I was such an underachiever for my BA (frat boy), and I needed to jump through many hoops to get admitted into the MBA program at The University of Akron (12 credits of Undergrad work, followed by probationary acceptance into the MBA program).

That being said, PLDC was very challenging but practical. Hurt my knee during day 1 of the 3 day "final exam"...gutted it through.

Most "frat boys" tend to be far more driven/over achieving than non- Greek students. All but a handful of US Presidents in the past century where fraternity men, a majority of US Senators were in fraternities/sororities. Nationally, the GPA of Greek students is higher than that of non-Greeks. Not trying to jump down your throat, I just hate the stereotype of the slacker "frat boy".

I would have to say the Heriot-Watt MBA. Those exams were brutal. When you leave that program, you really feel like you earned it.

I hear you, but my fraternity lived up to that stereotype...

Bachelors, because I never should have completed it according to school counselors and certain influential family members.
