Has anyone had a successful experience studying at UNED? I'm thinking about pursuing a PhD with them and I can't decide between them and FUNIBER. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry...don't know about them but how is WNMU? I'm looking at them for my Masters.

Neither of these schools gets a lot of talk around here. Can you say something about the pros and cons of each, as you see it?

I have no complaints. I'm a English/Writing major, so all of my classes are writing based. I've loved my experience so far and have not nothing but good things to say about it.

I think one of the problems is that I am facing is that I have limited information. Sure, I've gone to their websites. However, I'd love to speak to someone who has gone through the program at the PhD level. FUNIBER is a little over 10,000 for US residents at the doctoral level. I've heard various estimates for UNED, from a couple thousand a year to more. I've said before on here that I was under the impression that FUNIBER had originally given University Masters to their students instead of Official Masters. I don't know if this is still the practice. FUNIBER seems to be more limited in the doctorates they confer with the University of Leon. UNED seems to be more traditional, giving more options. However, since coursework is involved I don't know how this would work for US residents.
