Thanks for your patience with the recent downtime

k, thanks for the comments (positive and negative) on the upgrade so far.

On the search results, I discussed this with Nate and the issue is the search index rebuild died halfway through because of an Internet connection issue, so we will restart it again, and when it's done, I expect that *all* of the archived messages will be searchable once again (for the first time in years).

On the disconnect between forums.degreeinfo.com and www.degreeinfo.com/forums, that's a temporary problem. Right now, DegreeInfo is on 3 servers. When we're done, it will be on one main server and one database server. The weirdness is because some of the links are still pointing to the server that no longer has vbulletin on it, so when we clean up the linking and server disparity, that problem will be solved.

On the look... a new customized look will be coming. What you see now is the generic VBulletin template, but we want to get everything else running smoothly first before doing the templates.
