Is there a website for ICAATS? Also can you please post a link on the Indian Dept of Education site where this ( ICAATS)is being recognised as a legitimate accreditation granting org.

Thank you for your continued relies and willingness to share information. I didn't know that about the Indian Plymouth Brethren. It's not unusual, however, for a denomination to have a different theological slant than their American counterparts. I know some Hungarian and Rumanian Unitarians are Christocentric which is all but anathema to American Unitarians.

Thanks again for sharing and I will visit your site and links you just provided.

    Blessings my friend.

    Dear Dr. Philip,

Is this school the forerunner of Calvin? I notice you as Dean and Bush 41 as a graduate.

    Just curious, thanks!

I am not sure what you mean by Bush 41. I do not seem to remember any student by that name.

Actually Trinity is not the forerunner of Calvin. The story is more like this:

We started Calvin during the earlier days of Internet in India. Eventually we split up into two [Calvin and Trinity] to comply with laws.

Now the situation has changed once again, and we are in the process of merging these two.

Kindly remember that India has gone through several changes in the last 10 years, and many of them had a direct impact upon Christian institutions.

    God bless You

You are welcome to ask more questions

Here are the two schools that shall soon merge into one

    http://www.CalvinSchool.Info
    http://www.TrinityTheoology.Org

    at that time

http://www.FreeCourses.Org will be changed into a general portal listing free courses.

Work is underway, and all changes will be in place in 3 months.

I am sure you will ask some questions about the quality of our instructions and syllabus !

Bush 41 refers to former President George Bush, who was the 41st president of the US.

He is often referred to in this manner to make a distinction between he and his son, also named George who is currently president, the 43rd.

Though I must say that I haven't seen what Jimmy was talking about, yet.

    Whats the Bush 41 connection?

Look at the picture. See former President Bush fifth from the front? A little deceptive, I think. I doubt he graduated from Trinity and I doubt he participated in any graduation excercises.

I was amazed by your explanation of Bush 41.

The FreeCourses.Org website was designed by an American student of Trinity and this is how this picture came there. I did not know it was Bush. The picture was not supplied by us.

I presume your observation about Bush is right as you are closer to the scene !!!

Since we are going to abandon this design anyway, and since this site will be used for another purpose, this picture was not going to last much. And your observation has given us a reason to remove it speedily.

Oh the pitfalls of the internet age !!!

Thank you. Also, kindly note, Bush 41 was meaninful for Americans but not for us Indians. This is going to be a problem now that internet has made us a new society, but with old assumptions and culture [and even ignorance].

    Blessings to you all !!

Aha! Good eye. I missed that. Now I will be looking for Newt Gringrich everywhere I go online...

O heavens! Newt! I never like him. He's a hypocrite. He presents himself as a "family values Republican," yet he carried on an adulterous six-year affair with congressional aid Callista Bisek.

Additionally, Newt pressured first wife (one of his former teachers) to sign divorce papers while she was still in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery.

Reports are that he actually told her he wanted a divorce just as she had been given the cancer diagnosis!

    What a guy!

I think we are wasting time discussing about an unaccredited school(In india all unaccredited schools are illegal).

The present website of calvin [http://www.CalvinSchool.Info] was registered after our original website was taken over by our registrar [presumably to sell to a certain Calvin School in USA]. The original site was CalvinSchool.Com and the one before that was a free site [registration of domains was not yet available in India].

Similarly our TrinityTheology.Com was taken away by a domain-snatching party which has put it on sale.

    ===============
Thanks for the comment that unaccredited schools are illegal, etc. This is not a very charitable or informed comment.

I request you look into the situation in USA, and you will find that some of the greatest theological seminaries there are unaccredited.

The same is the situation worldwide

Pls do not be hasty. Have a look at the world around you.

    Greetings from India !!

I forgot to mention that finally we were able to wrest CalvinSchool.Com out of the registrar but by that time calvinSchool.Info was already popular, so we will be allowing CalvinSchool.Com to lapse, which is very soon.
