Well, well! You all remember the Colorado State anti-gay-rights referendum (or whatever it was) found a few years ago to be unconstitutional? NOW I hear that Judge Roberts worked to get that referendum (or whatever it was) overturned pro bono! THAT is probably a more reliable indicator of his judicial approach that all the memos he ever wrote! Well, well! Our President may actually have chosen for the ages!
