    It appears the blitz has begun to jack up interest in getting rid of the H-1B cap in one fell swoop...

    My favorite quote is...

    The government's own website shows that prevailing wages aren't paid. Also, just ask the government how many fines they have collected on H-1B regulations not being followed. I looked up Intel and found that they are not generally paying the prevaling wage. However, I did see a prevailing wage for database administrators.

    They got it wrong obviously...again. If it were not about cheap labor then the prevailing wage WOULD be paid. It is not. It's only supply and demand of cheap labor.

    Yes, repugnicans like to quote the law of supply and demand when it suits their needs. Otherwise rig the system to rake in more money! :D
