World Education University: Admissions

Has anybody experiences how to become a student of the World Education University? They require that you send your A-level certifcate or Bachelor's Degree. Unfortunately, I can't find out how and where. After enrolling you must finish their orientation course but after doing this there isn't any possibility to begin the credit path way.
