    Nope - pulled out my old academy notebooks (from 1985) - and didn't find one mention of either method that you described. I don't recall if from any AJ class that I ever took as well.

    I guess if you are not going to enlighten an old soul, I will have to look it up myself.

    Yes, something else you should have learned at the Academy. Doing your own research is the best way to learn. This way you go right to the primary source rather than being "spoon fed."
