Why are american universities so expensive?

The tuition might be the only thing cheap in Florida....I lived there for 8 months and I wouldn't say it is cheap to live there. They do have the no state income tax going for them.

 

I wonder if they fixed the glitch in the system. I would go to the table of contents and just page down, even if that chapters preview was unavailable it would still show up. Also, I used zinio and ecourse (I think it was called.) They allowed you to buy just the chapters. At the time I was overseas, so I used hide my IP to make the company think I was in the US.
