That has not been our experience. I get tons of resumes from folks with degrees in general business, leadership, organizational behavior, etc. and some with marketing emphases, but precious few with the combination of academic and practical experience. They must be applying elsewhere

Where have you seen this glut? I have been tracking the adjunct market and haven't found this.
