Where can I find list of Regional accredited colleges which provides distance learning courses in MSCS.

If you're searching just for individual courses, probably the best resource is Excelsior College's DistanceLearn database containing college-level credit opportunities from regionally- and ministerially-accredited institutions.

You can search it online through Peterson's, at http://pluto1.petersons.com:8070/lllweb/plsql/linst$.startup

There are other online course databases (see http://distancelearn.about.com/cs/courseguides/ for annotated list with links) but I usually have the most success with Excelsior's.

For master's degree programs in computer science, there is Johnnie's links to Masters in EE/CE/CS at http://www.geocities.com/liu_jonathan/dlee.html and I've got an annotated list with links to graduate programs in computer science and information science at http://distancelearn.about.com/cs/computerscience/
