    Shawn, I do not have a specific teaching goal. I may teach at some point but that is not the reason for continuing my education. Just wondering how qualifications are determined if a broad course topic (ORG) is used in a variety of courses. Thanks.

    Is the Org Development PhD through the Business School? If it is, then you will (probably) have qualifications to teach Org Behavior and Development courses, as well as Principles of Management course. Kind of hard to tell until you see the transcript.
