What are the top online BSCS programs for 2009?

Hello all,

While reading through the forums, I found this post from JoannP38 (who no longer seems to be active on these forums) listing the top online Bachelor's programs in Computer Science. Unfortunately, the post is from 2003, and things have changed a lot since then.

So, new poll: What do you all think the the top online BSCS programs are now, in terms of quality and employer/graduate school perception?

To get the ball rolling, here are three programs that my research indicates are of high quality:

Florida State University
University of Illinois at Springfield
Regis University

I'd love to hear everyone else's opinion. Let's build a new top CS program list!

What about Europe

Hey guys,

what about the best Bachelor Programs in Computer Science in Europe, at least the ones taught in English?

Am I right to consider only the Open University and the University of London - External System?
