I have just enrolled in a couple of West Alabama courses in their online MAT program.

I know we have a few people who have taken courses with them before. What is their testing procedure? Is everything done online or do I need to get a proctor?

My only previous online course experience has been with Abilene Christian University in a theological field where they basically followed the honor system, so no proctors were needed.

    Just curious.

    thanks,

I'm taking ED505 (Technology in Education), no tests, just quizzes and several assignments.

I took 5 pyschology courses and either had an extensive project or a non-proctored final. A couple of the finals were timed but the questions were straight forward. For my .02 UWA has one of the best distance learning programs available.

Thanks. I appreciate the replies. So far, it sounds great!

I much prefer the online version of things, as working out the schedule with a proctor is not that easy.
