I don't recall where I read it, but its been in my mind ever since...and it's only been a week. Something about, if we can't afford our military and their upkeep with our current foreign policy, then we need to change our foreign policy. Anyone recall where this was from. It seems like the military funding is being cut, but their use overseas continues to increase. If we can't afford it, then something needs to change.
